Full Time Daytime, Evening, and Asleep Overnight for Edina senior -CAREGiver positions available for experienced CAREGiver(s) to join our DYNAMIC team! 

Home Instead is looking for responsible, mature, caring and compassionate CAREGivers to become a part of our team and join our mission of enhancing the lives of aging adults throughout our community.  Home Instead provides a variety of non-medical services that allow seniors to remain in their home and meet the challenges of aging with dignity, care and compassion.

CAREGiver opportunities available:

   We are filling full-time shifts for daytime, evening, and asleep overnights for a female client in Edina, MN    

CAREGiver duties include, but are not limited to:

• Companionship and conversation
• Light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
• Medication and appointment reminders
• Incidental Transportation
• Assistance with dressing, grooming and bathing
• Assistance with toileting and incontinence cares
• Assistance with ambulation
• Dementia and Alzheimer’s Care

*Skills training provided by Home Instead - No certification required*

Requirements to be a CAREGiver:

• Ability to treat and care for seniors and their property with dignity and respect
• Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial manner
• Complete a criminal background check, DMV check and drug screen
• Hold valid MN driver’s license, have own vehicle with valid auto insurance
• Possess fluent English language skills (verbal and written)
• Ability to lift, push, pull, carry up to 80 lbs. infrequently
• Reach above shoulder level with full use of arms, hands and fingers
